Dr. Dileep Tiwari is the Director of VAIYAN LIFESCIENCES, bringing over 21 years of academic, research, and industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, artificial intelligence, information technology, and digital innovation. He also serves as Head of the Hericure Group and Co-Founder & Director of Highlake Technology, where he leads multidisciplinary initiatives integrating life sciences with advanced digital technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology & Informatics and completed his **postdoctoral research at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Durban, South Africa. His professional career includes serving as Assistant Manager – R&D at Gennova Biopharmaceuticals, with earlier research appointments at Zydus Research Centre, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Lupin Limited, and the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research (ACBR), University of Delhi. Dr. Tiwari currently serves as an PI & Honorary Associate Professor in the Discipline of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the School at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and as an Adjunct Professor at People's University, India. He actively promotes international collaboration between academia, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and industry. His interdisciplinary expertise spans biotechnology, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical research, clinical research, AI and machine learning, digital healthcare, enterprise software, robotic process automation (RPA), nutraceutical innovation, and precision agriculture. He serves as the Director of VAIYAN LIFESCIENCES LLP, contributing to the company's vision of developing innovative, research-driven nutraceutical, herbal, and healthcare solutions. He holds a Ph.D. with research focused on phycology (microalgae), particularly the commercial cultivation and therapeutic applications of Spirulina platensis. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in product development, manufacturing, quality systems, and research-driven healthcare solutions. Dr. Agrawal has significant expertise in nutraceutical manufacturing, Ayurvedic and herbal formulations, spirulina cultivation, botanical extracts, contract manufacturing, and third-party manufacturing services.
